Critiquing a Logo Design Portfolio Part 2

These are important questions that you must be able to answer to yourself. You will most likely know your designer from the first piece of work you see by them. The work will attract your eye and you will tend to refer back to it. If you are stuck on a couple of designers that you like then you should narrow down the logo design portfolios to a few and then begin to narrow it down some more. Which one do you like over the others? Continue this process until you are down to the one that you have kept.

Designers must also be able to show you a logo design portfolio with several different types of work. You want to be sure that the designer you choose will be able to develop a logo in your industry. Many logo designers will have their logo design portfolios divided up by type or industry. Find your industry and compare those logo design portfolios between each other until you are sure you have found the designer and logo design portfolio that you like. You should feel satisfied with the logo design portfolio that you choose. If you feel like you need to keep looking do so until you find the logo design portfolio that you are looking for.
